People get edgy when they read players names dropped. As of right now you are shitting on undisclosed players of STF. What does that get you exactly?

I left because I kept telling Starlight about players not cooperating or are just there for a free ride.
I've stated my concerns for quite some time to no avail.
I don't mind playing with a bunch of new guys, what I do mind is when players join expecting a win, expecting other players to pick up the slack.

This hasn't been the first issue I've had with State Task Force.
I still go and check on the channel, but I have left channels like this due to chaos within the channel. I did that with Kirjuun Heiian for quite some time.

I don't want to have an elitist channel. I was in one with Z Platoon. And hell, sometimes I miss it because there is some level of competence -- and if there were players sh*tting around, they were removed from the channel.

Never reached me at all songs not once have I ever recieved a message or u been like hey pulled me to the side n said hey this person is issue. Ive told sqd leads before if a member is giving you issue by not cooperating drop em I know im not the only head but still even the other leads tell me things n its dealt with. Secondly ive always pushed for new leads but nobody really wants to step up I agree with kirk on this allot of indians not enough chefs :/

At best I've said that "so and so" is/are a problem to the channel, but I still see said people in our squads. I know I've talked to Mina, and I've had talks with Middas before on the state of Kirjuun. And I really dislike talking about an issue that's just going to be ignored. I'm not the one running these channels, so I just bring it up once or twice to the one's who can actually do something about it. Other than that... well... *** out of luck. On numerous occasions I've asked for a list of names of those in the channels since I KNOW the individuals who pay attention to orders and aren't there to squander and waste everyone's time/ISK/energy. Again, I'm sticking to Kirjuun, but I'll help STF. But I won't needlessly waste my time if there isn't a collaborate effort from those in the squads. Hell, one night there weren't a ton of people online yet we managed to stomp with 7 people (squads of 3 and 4 with me FC'ing).
